You are a sales engineer as it refers to website development, SEO, AdWords, Inbound Marketing, and sales process. You probably can’t execute the deliverables, yet you understand them at a deep level and can align them with your client’s business problems.

About the Job
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is the first point of contact with all inbound leads. This person is quick to qualify and has a knack for asking the right questions in order to create an accurate scope. Any enterprise or high-level partnership opportunities will be qualified, documented, and developed with a team.
Outbound sales techniques come naturally to this person. Whether it be cold calling, emailing, networking, etc. the BDR is skilled at bringing in leads that otherwise may not have heard of Buhv. This position is required to make 50 cold touches per week and document their information in HubSpot as an outbound lead. Outbound deals should account for 25% of closed deals.
-Achieve or exceed your monthly new business revenue quota
-Make 50 contacts per week
-Work closely with your Account Manager to onboard clients
-Connect with prospects via LinkedIn sales tools
-Assist with marketing events in and around Denver.
-Face-to-face meetings with potential clients
-B-2-B Telephone Sales Skills
-SEO Sales Experience
-2 to 5 years experience in selling Internet/Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, Social, Programmatic Advertising, etc.)
-Knows Cold Calling and loves Phone work
-Self-Starter, Problem Solver
-High need for achievement. Loves to compete and win
-Enthusiastic and optimistic. Unfazed by rejection
-Experience working with HubSpot
-Experience working and succeeding in a quota and goal-driven environment
-Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with prospects
-Listens patiently. Will probe and clarify to get a real sense of customer’s needs
-Goes over, under, around and through obstacles to achieve success
Compensation includes a base salary, plus uncapped commissions. The minimum expectations of position would yield $80,000+ annual compensation.
